Dr. Patel and staff did excellent work on restoration of a tooth I had to have extracted and replaced. The Team made sure I understood every step of the process and the implant feels like a natural tooth. Dr. Patel is very personable and he knows you by name when you come to see him. One of the best provider experiences I’ve ever had. Linda at the desk was patient and super helpful with my questions. The technicians and Doctor Patel were caring and thorough yet efficient, and explained everything to me. The technology is amazing. I came to Vitalize because I did not have confidence in my former dentist. I couldn’t be happier with Vitalize. As a new patient I felt welcomed and that every step was explained very well to produce less anxiety for me. The dentist really seemed to care about me and how I was feeling and communicated knowledgeably. He definitely gave me more ease through my process.

Yesterday morning I woke up with pain in a tooth. I'm relatively new to the area and without a Dentist. I was blessed to have been seen on the same day, actually within a couple of hours of first contact with Vitalize Dental. They compassionately took care of me and now I am pain free with a follow up appointment set for early next week after Hurricane Milton passes. 5 stars for effort, empathy and service from the entire staff. I now have a local Dentist that I trust.

Super friendly, it’s nice to see faces and people with a smile that care about how they help others. Dr. Patel as well I’ve talked to with every visit that I’ve been coming to for 3 years.Great place to come too and they got TV’s on the Ceiling so even if you aren’t comfortable while having your teeth cleaned on you can relax by watching your favorite shows 😊

I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Patel, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. Dr. Patel was incredibly patient and gentle, taking his time to ensure I was comfortable and at ease throughout the entire procedure. His assistant, Juliane, was a constant source of support, staying by my side and making sure I felt calm.Julia, the hygienist, did a fantastic job making sure my teeth were sparkling and bright, while Charity was extremely helpful in assisting with the financial aspects, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Claudia, the practice administrator, has the office running like a well-oiled machine—it’s clear she ensures everything operates in tip-top shape.The entire experience doesn’t even feel like a typical visit to a dental office; you're truly treated like family here. I’ve been a patient here for about a year now and the care they provide is above and beyond. I have anxiety surrounding dentists and Dr. Patel goes the extra mile to make a calming, supportive, caring environment to fit his patient’s needs.
